Geometry with demonstrations

In high school, plane geometry becomes a deductive system: each result is demonstrated from the previous ones, and the formulas for lengths and areas appear as consequences. It is also the geometry charged in entrance exams and Enem.

Discoveries itinerary

  • 1st series: notable points of the triangle, angles on the circumference, Thales’ theorem and similarity.
  • 2nd series: right triangles and any triangles (metric relations, laws of sines and cosines).
  • 3rd series: regular polygons, circumference length, plane equivalence and areas.

If any concept from Fundamental II is weak — angles, parallels, congruence — go back to Fundamental II trail before proceeding.
